Privacy Policy
TapJewel LLC
Last updated October 8, 2026
This policy explains what information our games and this website collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers our mobile games, currently Line Snap Paradise for iPhone, iPad and Mac, and the website tapjewelmobile.com (together, the “Service”).
1. The short version
- Our games have no accounts. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number in the game.
- Our games are free to play and paid for by ads and optional purchases. Tools from our ad and analytics partners, built into the game, collect information about your device and how you play.
- Ads are personalized only if you allow the game to track you when Apple asks. You can change your answer at any time in your device settings.
- This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or sign-up forms.
2. Who we are
TapJewel LLC (“TapJewel,” “we” or “us”) is a small independent game studio based in the United States. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Under European and UK data protection law, we are its “controller.”
You can reach us at support@tapjewelmobile.com.
3. What our games collect
When you play, the following information is collected, mostly automatically, by tools from the partners listed in section 5:
- Device and app information: your device model, operating system, language, app version and similar technical details.
- Identifiers: random identifiers that our partners’ tools create for the game on your device, and an identifier Apple gives to each developer’s apps. If you allow tracking, also your device’s advertising identifier (on Apple devices, the “IDFA”).
- Gameplay and usage: how you use the game, such as when you open it, how long you play, which levels you play and finish, and which ads you see or tap.
- Purchases: what you buy in the game and its price. Apple handles all payments. We never see your payment card or Apple Account details.
- Approximate location: your country or region, worked out from your IP address. Our games don’t use GPS or ask for your precise location.
- Crash reports: technical details about your device and the game at the moment of a crash or error.
- Messages you send us: if you email us, your email address and whatever you write.
The game also saves your progress and settings on your device. They stay on your device, and deleting the game deletes them. If you allow notifications, the game schedules its reminders on your device without sending any information to do so.
4. How we use it
- To show ads that keep the game free. If you allow tracking, our ad partners may personalize ads using your advertising identifier and their own information about you. If you don’t, they choose ads using less information, such as the game you’re playing and your approximate location.
- To understand and improve our games: for example, how many people play, which levels are too hard, and what causes crashes.
- To measure our own advertising: information about installs, app opens and purchases tells us whether ads we run for our games are working.
- To deliver what you buy, such as removing ads or adding items, and to restore purchases.
- To answer your messages.
- To keep the Service safe and follow the law: for example, to prevent fraud or respond to a valid legal request.
Our ad partners use automated systems to choose which ads to show. These choices don’t have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Legal bases (for players in the European Economic Area and the UK): we rely on your consent for tracking and personalized ads, which you give or refuse when Apple asks. We rely on our legitimate interests in funding the game with ads, improving it, fixing crashes and keeping it secure for non-personalized ads, analytics and crash reports. We rely on our contract with you to deliver purchases and answer support requests.
5. Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information for money. We share it with these partners, whose tools are built into our games. Each also uses the information under its own privacy policy:
- Google, for ads (Google AdMob), analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) and crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics). See Google’s Privacy Policy, how Google uses information from apps that use its services and Firebase’s privacy information. Our email is also run by Google (Google Workspace), so messages you send us are stored there.
- Meta, for ads (Meta Audience Network, shown through Google AdMob) and for measuring app installs, app opens and purchases (the Facebook SDK). See Meta’s Privacy Policy.
- Unity, the maker of the engine our games are built with, for in-app purchases and game analytics. See Unity’s Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
- Apple handles downloads, payments, the tracking request and notifications under Apple’s Privacy Policy.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to prevent fraud or protect the safety and rights of our players and our studio, or with a buyer if our studio or a game is ever sold. If we add or change partners, we will update this policy.
Some U.S. state privacy laws treat giving an advertising identifier to ad partners for personalized ads as “selling” or “sharing” personal information. You can stop this at any time by turning off tracking for our game (see section 6), or by contacting us.
6. Your choices
- Tracking: to change your answer, go to Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Tracking, and turn our game on or off. Apple explains this in “If an app asks to track your activity.”
- Notifications: turn them off in your device’s Settings, under Notifications.
- Deleting the game deletes everything it saved on your device. Information already sent to our partners is kept as described in section 8.
- Contact us to use any of the rights in section 11.
7. This website
tapjewelmobile.com doesn’t use cookies, analytics, ads or forms, and its fonts and images come from our own site. Like any website, our web host may keep standard server records, such as IP addresses, browser types and the pages requested, to run and protect the site. Links to the App Store take you to Apple’s website, where Apple’s privacy policy applies.
8. How long we keep it
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
- Crash reports: up to 90 days.
- Emails: as long as we need them to help you and keep a record of our conversation.
Our partners keep the information they collect for as long as their own privacy policies say.
9. Children
Our games are made for a general audience. They aren’t directed at children under 13, or under the minimum age in your country, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it. Parents can use Apple’s Screen Time and Ask to Buy to control which apps their children use and what they buy.
10. Where your information is processed
We are based in the United States, and our partners process information in the U.S. and other countries. When information about players in the European Economic Area or the UK is sent abroad, our partners protect it with recognized legal safeguards, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
11. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask for a copy, and ask us to correct or delete it. Players in the European Economic Area and the UK can also object to how we use their information, ask us to limit it, ask for a copy in a format they can move elsewhere, and withdraw consent at any time (for tracking, by turning it off as described in section 6).
To make a request, email support@tapjewelmobile.com. Because our games have no accounts, we usually can’t find your information from your name or email address alone. Tell us which devices you play on and roughly when you started playing, and we will do what we can, including asking our partners. We may ask for details to confirm the request is yours. We will reply within one month and won’t treat you differently for using your rights.
If you’re in the UK, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. If you’re in the European Economic Area, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country. We’d be grateful if you contacted us first, so we can try to fix the problem.
12. Keeping it secure
Information sent between our games, this website and our partners travels over encrypted connections. Only our team can access the data held for our studio by our partners, and we use their security tools to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the authorities where the law requires.
13. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
